General Introduction

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. If an account is registered with false information, the company may close the account and withhold any remaining balance.

Account Management Rules

5.1 Account Registration and Verification

Each player may only open one account. The company may at any time request the player to submit their national ID and payment proof to verify their identity. Withdrawals will only be permitted after verification is complete.

5.2 Password Security

Players must keep their account and password secure and must not share them with any third party. The company is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to a player's account.

5.3 Account Suspension and Closure

  • If these rules are violated, the company may suspend or close the account without further notice.
  • If there is suspicion of unfair play, fraud, or money laundering, funds may be frozen pending investigation.
  • Players who wish to close their own account may contact customer service at any time.

Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

  • Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks
  • Payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay
  • Deposits will be credited to your account immediately after verification
  • Players must deposit using only their own payment method

Withdrawal

  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
  • Withdrawal processing time — within 5–30 minutes
  • Withdrawals are only allowed after deposit verification is confirmed and bonus wagering requirements are met
  • The company will process withdrawals after payment details have been successfully verified
The company reserves the right to investigate deposits or withdrawals suspected of involving unidentified funds or money laundering, and to report them to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus offered by 388mmk is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. Players who receive the bonus must meet a wagering requirement equal to the bonus amount × 15 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example 1

  • Deposit — 20,000 Ks
  • Bonus — 20,000 Ks
  • Total balance — 40,000 Ks
  • Wagering — 20,000 × 15 = 300,000 Ks

Example 2

  • Deposit — 220,000 Ks
  • Bonus — 100,000 Ks (maximum)
  • Total balance — 320,000 Ks
  • Wagering — 100,000 × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks

General Bonus Terms

  • The exact wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus offer is made.
  • Bonuses can only be used for wagering on the specific games designated for that bonus.
  • Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
  • The company cannot allow withdrawals from a bonus balance until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • The company may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time without prior notice.

VIP Tiers and Referral Commission

VIP Cashback Offer

388mmk's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback rates are —

  • Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
  • Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week
  • Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week

Tier upgrades are determined by the company based on your betting history and player standing. Cashback is paid as bonus funds.

Referral Commission

The referrer will receive 10% of their referred friend's first deposit as bonus funds, with a maximum of 20,000 Ks per person. In addition, the referrer can earn an ongoing weekly commission of 0.3% of their referred friends' valid bets.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

388mmk is committed to ensuring fair play for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited —

Software Abuse

Using bots, scripts, or any third-party software to automate gameplay for an unfair advantage is prohibited.

Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly through fraudulent methods, or placing opposing bets using a bonus to avoid wagering requirements, is not allowed.

Collusion and Cheating

Colluding with other players in live games, or using exploit strategies such as card counting, is not allowed.

If a violation of these prohibitions is found, the company will void any winnings obtained, immediately close the account, and terminate the relationship.

Personal Data Protection

The company securely stores players' personal data using SSL encryption. How player data is collected, stored, and protected is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

Data collected through use of the service will be used to improve the service, conduct financial security checks, and fulfil legal obligations. It will not be sold to third parties without the player's consent.

Intellectual Property Protection

All designs, graphics, software, text, and other content on the 388mmk website are the property of 388mmk and are protected under Myanmar copyright law.

  • Players may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without the company's written permission.
  • Using 388mmk's trademarks, logo, or marks for any purpose without the company's permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
